What we collect

When you request an audit, we process the website address and technical request information. If you create an account, we collect your business name, website, email, subscription status, and sign-in activity. Inquiry forms collect the name, email, message, submission time, and delivery status. We also keep prospect records derived from public business pages and a suppression list for addresses that must not be contacted.

How we use it

We use this information to run audits, operate inquiry forms and account access, deliver notifications, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and honor suppression requests. Audit results describe observed page signals and may be incomplete when sites block inspection.

Service providers

Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing. Our site host stores application records. When connected, an email provider delivers sign-in codes and inquiry notices, and Google Places supplies public business search results. Each provider processes information required for its role.

Choices and contact

Customers can cancel subscriptions through the billing portal. To request access, correction, deletion, or suppression of an email address, contact sales@whitemanbusiness.com. We may retain records needed for security, billing, or legal obligations. This notice will be updated if the service changes materially.
